The Palace Building Information

The Palace bayfront tower at 1541 Brickell Avenue, Miami

The Palace is a 40-story condominium tower at 1541 Brickell Avenue, directly on Biscayne Bay in the heart of Miami's Brickell district. It was developed by Harry B. Helmsley and completed in 1981, and its sculptural, stepped silhouette is an early landmark by Arquitectonica — the Miami firm the building helped make famous, later featured in the opening of Miami Vice.

Its 254 residences run from one- to four-bedroom homes and penthouses — roughly 1,117 to 2,089 square feet — with floor-to-ceiling glass, unusually deep balconies, in-unit laundry and direct Biscayne Bay and Downtown skyline views. Spacious, light-filled layouts on one of Brickell's best waterfront addresses.

Residents enjoy a bayfront swimming pool and heated pool with a spa, lighted tennis courts, a fitness center, a community room and picnic area, a children's play area, covered and valet parking, and 24-hour security with a guard gate and concierge — steps from Brickell City Centre and the Metromover.
